§ 95.01 UNNECESSARY NOISE.
   (A)   Subject to the provisions of this subchapter, the creation of any unreasonably loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in the town is prohibited. ('75 Code, § 3-2-1)
   (B)   The following acts, among others, are declared to be loud, disturbing and unnecessary noise in violation of this section, but the enumeration shall not be deemed to be exclusive, namely:
      (1)   Blowing horns. The sounding of any horn or signal device on any automobile, motorcycle, bus or other vehicle, except as a danger signal, so as to create any unreasonably loud or harsh sound, or the sounding of such device for an unnecessary and unreasonable period of time.
      (2)   Radios, phonographs, juke boxes, and the like. The playing of any radio, phonograph or other instrument through which noises can be amplified, in such manner or with such volume, between midnight and 7:30 a.m. on Friday and Saturday; and between 10:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. from Sunday through Thursday, so as to annoy or disturb the quiet, comfort, or repose of any person in any dwelling or other type of residence.
      (3)   Gongs. The use of any gong or siren upon any vehicle, other than police, fire, or other emergency vehicle.
      (4)   Animals. It shall be unlawful for any person to own, keep or have in his possession, or harbor, any dog, other animal or bird which, by frequent or habitually howling, yelping, barking or otherwise, causes loud noises and produces seriously annoying disturbance to any person or to the neighborhood.
      (5)   Construction. Construction activities which create any unreasonably loud or harsh sound shall not be allowed between sunset and 7:30 a.m.
