§ 152.79 VESTED RIGHTS.
   A landowner submitting a preliminary or final plat for approval may declare he is seeking to acquire a vested right pursuant to G.S. § 160D-108 and the Caswell Beach zoning ordinance by completing the appropriate form and following the procedure described in the zoning ordinance.
