§ 152.76 APPLICATION OF STANDARDS.
   Only those standards explicitly set forth in the chapter as criteria for decision may be used in making individual plat approval decisions. If judgment is required in approval, only that criteria set forth in the special and conditional uses section of the town's zoning code shall be used as a guideline in making those decisions.
