§ 152.56 STORM WATER DRAINAGE.
   The subdivider shall provide a surface water drainage system constructed to Town of Caswell Beach Storm Water Management Plan and to North Carolina Department of Transportation standards as reflected in the Handbook for the Design of Highway Surface Drainage Structures, or the current equivalent, subject to review by the Town Engineer.
