§ 93.16 OPEN BURNING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn in the open or cause to be burned in the open any trash, refuse, shavings, paper, leaves, grass, brush, litter or other material of any kind within the corporate limits of the town.
