§ 92.02 UNLAWFUL TO RIDE OR WALK HORSES ON OR ALONG STRAND.
   It shall be unlawful at all times for any person to ride or walk a horse, or to permit a horse to walk or to be ridden, on or along the strand of the beach within the corporate limits.
