§ 91.02 POWERS AND DUTIES OF THE ANIMAL CONTROL SUPERVISOR.
   (A)   The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall have the power and responsibility of enforcement within the town of this chapter and of all state laws pertaining to control and vaccination of all animals and shall cooperate with officers of other agencies within the county in fulfilling this responsibility.
   (B)   The Chief of Police or his or her designee shall enforce the provisions of the state rabies law and the dog warden law, including but not limited to the following activities:
      (1)   Impounding stray animals; and
      (2)   Assisting county animal control officers in investigating animal bite cases.
