§ 91.09 REGULATIONS REGARDING TREATMENT OF WILD ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally feed any wild animal located within the town limits.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to intentionally annoy, harass, provoke, injure or otherwise infuriate or enrage any wild animal located within the town limits.
   (C)   A violation of this section shall be punishable with a fine of $500.
   (D)   No provisions of this chapter should be construed as preventing the attempt by individuals to adopt and domesticate feral cats or to provide for the removal of beavers. An adoption shall require one to provide proof of the administration of rabies shots and the spaying or neutering of the animal. Upon request, the town shall be provided with evidence of the procedures.
