A notice of violation issued pursuant to this subchapter constitutes a determination from which administrative appeal may be taken to the Board of Commissioners. A statement will be issued that the town’s determination of violation may be appealed to the Board of Commissioners by filing a written notice of appeal within 15 days of service of notice of violation. The decision of the Board of Commissioners shall be final.
