§ 154.33 PERMITTED DISCHARGE ACTIVITY.
   Any person subject to a NPDES stormwater discharge permit (including construction activity, land disturbance permit, industrial NPDES permit or other NPDES permit) shall comply with all provisions of such permit. Proof of compliance with said permit may be required in a form acceptable to the town prior to the allowing of discharges to stormwater drainage systems or watercourse.
