§ 154.29 RESPONSIBILITY FOR ADMINISTRATION.

The town shall administer, implement and enforce the provisions of this subchapter. Any powers or duties imposed upon the town may be delegated or contracted in writing to persons or entities acting in the beneficial interest of the town.
