It shall be unlawful for any person to place or deposit in any solid waste containers for collection and disposal of any materials classified by state statutes or federal regulations as hazardous waste. The following are specifically prohibited: antifreeze, medical waste, hazardous waste, lead acid batteries, tires, used oil, oil-based paint, white goods, yard waste and all items prohibited by state law.
