§ 51.04 USE OF APPROVED CONTAINERS.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place or deposit any solid waste of any kind on any public or private property except in approved containers.

(B) Tree trimming, building materials and bulk trash shall not be placed in the rollout containers. The county waste contractor will not pickup these items.
