§ 51.03 COLLECTION ARRANGEMENTS.
   (A)   The county provides weekly curbside solid waste collection for all residences within the town. The town may opt to contract with a waste hauler for an additional pickup of the 90-96 gallon containers in selected areas of the town.
   (B)   Rollout containers shall be placed adjacent to the street for collection and shall be removed from the collection position to their permanent location at the residence under the following conditions:
      (1)   Rollout container for collection no earlier than 11:00 a.m. the day before collection;
      (2)   Rollback containers after collection no later than 11:00 a.m. the day after collection.
   (C)   The town may provide to residents on Caswell Beach Road, on a voluntary basis, rollback of the containers from the road to the residence for a fee to be charged and paid in advance of the service. Rollback will occur in accordance with this chapter. The fee schedule will be kept on file at the Town Hall. Applications for rollback service shall be made to the town prior to the start of service.
   (D)   The town's recycling contractor shall provide to each residence a recycling container for placement of all recyclable materials. Containers shall be placed curbside bi-weekly or as stated in the published recycle collection schedule as kept in the office of the Town Clerk and posted on the town website.
   (E)   Collection by the town shall not be made from vacant lots nor shall any large rocks, tree trunks, tree stumps, or tree limbs, or other heavy objects be collected. No waste materials or lot clearings shall be collected from houses or other structures under construction or recently completed. The town may, from time to time, collect lead and limb debris. This section shall not apply to the leaf and limb pick-up.
