§ 130.03 CAMPING OUT PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, group of persons, firm, or corporation to camp out within the town limits. CAMP OUT shall be defined as being the living out of doors from any permanent residential structure including the pitching and erecting of tents, lean-to's and other shelters erected for the purpose of living in as well as the use of any camper trailer, truck camper, self contained motor camper unit, mobile home, or any other conveyance to be used for the purpose of habitation, other than a house, apartment, condominium, motel, or hotel.
