Owners of property desiring any unusual construction, alterations or attachments, connected with the water supply, must submit plans and specifications to the Town Building Inspector and water system maintenance contractor for inspection and approval or disapproval as to whether the same are permissible and the terms and conditions under which the same will be allowed.
