§ 151.01 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   (A)   The Legislature of the state has in G.S. Ch. 143, Part 6, Art. 21 and Ch. 160D delegated to local governmental units the responsibility to adopt regulations designed to promote the public health, safety, and general welfare.
   (B)   Therefore, the Town Commission of the Town of Caswell Beach North Carolina, does ordain as follows.
