(A) Consumers will submit an application for service to the Town Hall.
(B) The town may reject any application for service not available under a standard rate or which involves excessive service cost, or which may adversely affect service to other customers or for other good and sufficient reasons.
(C) The town may reject application for service when applicant is delinquent for previous water service at any location. Additionally, the town shall not be required to provide service to anyone at a location that is on record as delinquent in past billing.
