§ 30.01 BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS; POWERS AND DUTIES.
   (A)   Membership. The Board of Commissioners of the town shall consist of a Mayor and Board of Commissioners of five members. The Board of Commissioners shall be charged with the general government and administration of the affairs of the town.
   (B)   Powers and duties. The powers and duties of the Board of Commissioners shall be as set out in the General Statutes of the state, the Town Charter and the ordinances of the town.
