§ 150.036 TIME LIMITATION ON VALIDITY OF PERMITS.
All permits issued under this chapter shall expire by limitation six months after the date of issuance if the work authorized by the permit has not been commenced. If after commencement no activity takes place for six continuous months, the Building Inspector will note that the work has been discontinued; hence, absent further activity, the original permit shall expire. No work authorized by any permit which has expired shall thereafter be performed until permit therefor has been reviewed pursuant § 150.031.
