§ 99.01 WINE, FORTIFIED WINE, AND MIXED BEVERAGES ON SUNDAY MORNINGS.

The sale of malt beverages, unfortified wine, fortified wine and mixed beverages shall be allowed within the town corporate limits at any premises licensed pursuant to G.S. 18B-1001 on Sunday beginning at 10:00 a.m.
