§ 71.02 PARKING ON STREETS OR PRIVATE ROAD OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.

   (A)   No vehicle shall stand or park on any street or private road open to the public.

   (B)   This section does not apply to any of the following:

      (1)   Emergency vehicles;

      (2)   Public utility vehicles;

      (3)   Owners or drivers of vehicles who make brief stops while engage in delivery of mail, building supplies or packages;

      (4)   Owner or drivers of garbage trucks while in the course of work;

      (5)   Tow vehicles engaged in towing a vehicle; and

      (6)   Apply to other persons to the extent permitted by the Town Manager.
