§ 113.17 AREAS OF ENVIRONMENTAL CONCERN.
   Whenever a film/videotape set contains dirt, sod, plants, oil products, or other materials and is located near an environmentally sensitive area, the production company shall take such measures as deemed necessary to ensure that such materials do not encroach, seep or intrude into the environmentally sensitive area.
