§ 113.14 GARBAGE ASSISTANCE.
   Whenever the production company blocks or holds traffic on streets scheduled for garbage pickup, the company shall move all trash containers to a location that is accessible to the sanitation vehicles. After the trash containers have been emptied, they will be returned to their proper owners.
