§ 113.11 LIGHTING.
   (A)   Lighting for filming and/or videotaping, both during the day and at night, shall be oriented away from neighboring residences whenever possible.
   (B)   Lighting shall not interfere with the safe movement of traffic at any time.
   (C)   Lighting shall not be placed in any area where sea turtles could be affected by lighting.
