§ 113.09 EXPLOSIVES.
   (A)   Explosives, pyrotechnics, fire, smoke-making machines or other special effects shall not be used unless specifically approved by the Town Manager and the Fire Chief.
   (B)   A noise ordinance exception must be approved by the Town Manager and the Chief of Police.
