§ 113.04 AVAILABILITY OF LOCATION MANAGER.
   The location manager shall provide the Town Manager , or his or her designee, with a cellular telephone number, pager number or other means for immediate contact if necessary. The location manager shall be available during the entire time that filming and/or videotaping is in progress. The location manager, his or her vehicle, and other film support vehicles, shall be visibly identified as participants in the filming process.
