§ 93.20 DEFINITION.

For the purpose of this subchapter the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

FALSE ALARM. Any call for fire or police service resulting from an equipment malfunction or user error in operating a fire alarm/burglar alarm system.
