§ 110.01 FRANCHISE ORDINANCE ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.

The Time-Warner Entertainment - Advance/Newhouse Partnership License Agreement is hereby adopted by reference and shall have the full force and effect of law as if fully set out at length in this code of ordinances. A copy of the license agreement, with all amendments, shall be maintained for public inspection in the office of the Clerk.
