(A) The Town of Oak Island, at its own cost and expense, may secure permits for and install a reuse line to allow it to dispose of treated effluent within the corporate limits of the Town of Caswell Beach. properties within the Town of Caswell Beach may be subject to the spraying, placing or depositing of any spray effluent produced by the Oak Island waste water treatment facility.
(B) It shall be the obligation and responsibility of the Town of Oak Island to provide Caswell Beach with a copy of the after treatment numbers that are produced at each time the treated effluent is monitored, said information to include the specific criteria for effluent limits.
(C) The town of Oak Island shall comply with all reclaim standards and reuse rules imposed by the state and federal government.
