§ 39.01 CREATION OF AN ORDINANCE VIOLATIONS BUREAU.
   (A)   There is hereby established an Ordinance Violations Bureau, and the County Clerk, by virtue of the office, is hereby appointed as the Violations Clerk to be the Administrator of the Bureau.
   (B)   The Violations Clerk shall serve without any additional salary.
