The terms of the members of the County Emergency Management Advisory Council shall be as follows:
(A) One year term.
(1) The individual representing the legislative bodies of all towns located within Cass County;
(2) County Sheriffs Department member; and
(3) County Emergency Medical Services member;
(B) Two year term.
(1) County Fire Service representative; and
(2) County Public Works representative.
(C) The County Council, County Commissioners and the Mayor of the City of Logansport, or their respective designees' term shall be permanent unless otherwise revised by state statute and/or county ordinance. Said designee(s) shall serve at the pleasure of the respective office holder.
