The Cass and Pulaski County Community Corrections Program may provide preventive services, services to offenders, services to persons charged with a crime or act of delinquency, services to persons diverted from the criminal or delinquency process, or services to victims of crimes or delinquencies, and will be operated under a community corrections plan as adopted by the Community Corrections Advisory Board.
