(A)   Upon the request to issue a replacement support check, the County Clerk’s office shall assess a fee upon the issuance of the replacement support check.
   (B)   The fee shall be in an amount equal to 10% of the amount involved in the re-issued support check up to a maximum fee of $15 per check.
   (C)   The fee shall be assessed on each and every replacement support check issued.
   (D)   The fees generated from such issuance of the replacement support check shall be deposited with the County Auditor, who, in turn, shall deposit such monies in the county’s General Fund.
