§ 34.168 SALARY AND COMPENSATION.
   (A)   A portion of the Director of the Court and Pre-Trial Services salary and all of the Case Manager’s salary shall be paid from the Cass County General Fund (1000). The Director of Court and Pre-Trial Services and the Case Manager positions shall be based upon the State Probation Salary Schedule.
   (B)   A portion of the Director of Court and Pre-Trial Services salary is subsidized/paid from a pre-trial services grant.
