§ 34.154 AUTHORITY AND SCOPE.
   (A)   Authority of judges. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to abridge the authority of any judge of a state court of this county from appointing counsel for any person entitled thereto under the Constitution of the United States or the Constitution of the State of Indiana.
   (B)   Scope of section. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to create a right of reimbursement pursuant to I.C. 33-40-6, except to the extent that any claims for reimbursement comply with I.C. 33-40-6, except to the extent that any claims for reimbursement comply with I.C. 33-40-6 and the standards of the Indiana Public Defender Commission.
