The
members of the County School Safety Commission (not to exceed 15 in number) shall be, pursuant to state law, as follows:
(A) The school safety specialist for each school corporation located in the county;
(B) The judge of the circuit court, or judge’s designee;
(C) The Sheriff of the county, or Sheriff’s designee;
(D) The chief officer of every other law enforcement agency in the county, or chief’s designee;
(E) A representative of the juvenile probation system appointed by the judge, described under division (B) above;
(F) A representative of community agencies that work with children within the county;
(G) A representative of the state police district that serves the county;
(H) A representative of the County Prosecuting Attorney’s office who specializes in the prosecution of juveniles;
(I) Other appropriate individuals selected by the County School Safety Commission; and
(J) A representative of the parochial schools located within the county.
