§ 34.103 TITLE OF THE JAIL AND COURTHOUSE.
   Upon the redemption or retirement of the bonds to be issued by the County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation will accept from the County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation title to the jail and courthouse building to be acquired and operated by the County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation, free and clear of any and all liens and encumbrances thereon.
