The providing for the financing, constructing, and equipping of a jail and courthouse building, or buildings, by the County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation is in the public interest of the citizens of the county and it is a proper public purpose for which this Board of County Commissioners agrees to co-operate with the County Jail and Courthouse Building Corporation, and to assist it in fulfilling the requirements of all agencies of the federal, state, and city governments.
