(A) The written request of the Governing Board of the Memorial Hospital be and the same is granted.
(B) There is created a body corporate and politic to be known as the County Hospital Association for the purpose of financing, acquiring, constructing, equipping, and leasing to the county the land and a building, or buildings, for hospital purposes, under and pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 16-22-7-30
.
(C) A certified copy of this resolution shall be forthwith filed by the County Auditor with the judge of the circuit court.
