§ 34.071 PENSION PLAN, DISABILITY PLAN, WIDOW’S PENSION PLAN, AND GROUP LIFE INSURANCE.

   The County Council does approve, adopt, and appropriate the funds for the pension plan, disability plan, and group life insurance plan, as on file in the office of the County Auditor, the costs of which have been furnished the County Council, and such plans became effective at 12:01 a.m. as of January 1, 1972.
