§ 34.002 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD OF HEALTH. Board of Health, as provided for in I.C. Title 16 .
   HEALTH OFFICER. The county’s Health Officer or his or her authorized representative.
