§ 32.09 PUBLIC INFORMATION OFFICER.
   (A)   The County Board of Commissioners creates the position of a Public Information Officer (PIO).
   (B)   The Public Information Officer (PIO) shall be responsible for the implementation and compliance with the Access To Public Records Act.
   (C)   The Public Information Officer (PIO) will be responsible for responding to Public Records Requests made to the county and its departments.
   (D)   The County Attorney is hereby appointed to serve as the Public Information Officer (PIO).
   (E)   The Public Information Officer (PIO) will be compensated for his services in responding to Public Records Requests made to the county and its departments, and implementing and complying with the Access To Public Records Act.
   (F)   The Public Information Officer (PIO) will also be charged with creating the records request form used to make public records requests.
