(A) The county is authorized to purchase a blanket bond to cover the faithful performance of all employees of the county, all of the County Commission members, and all persons acting on behalf of the county, except those elected officers and appointees as listed in I.C. 5-4-1
.
(B) The County Council authorizes, that for the betterment of the county government, that a blanket bond be authorized as provided by law with the funds required, being paid from the general treasury.
