Cass County is divided into four County Council election districts, designated numerically as follows:
(A) District One. This District shall consist of all of Adams, Bethlehem, Boone, Clay, Harrison, Jefferson and Noble Townships;
(B) District Two. This District shall consist of Eel Township Precincts Logansport 1, Logansport 2, Logansport 3, and Eel West;
(C) District Three. This District shall consist of Eel Township Precincts Logansport 4, Logansport 5, Logansport 6, Logansport 7, Eel East, Eel East Nonvoting, and Eel North; and
(D) District Four. This District shall consist of all of Clinton, Deer Creek, Jackson, Miami, Tipton and Washington Townships.
