(A) The Board of County Commissioners may hold meetings every first and third Monday at 1:00 p.m., except if it is a holiday, in which case the Board of County Commissioners shall establish by proper motion the substitute meeting date. All such meetings shall be called pursuant to the provisions of I.C. 5-14-1.5-5
, addressing public notice of meetings, unless otherwise noted.
(B) The Board of County Commissioners regularly meets in the County Government Building, 200 Court Park, second floor hearing room, Logansport, Indiana 46947, unless otherwise indicated.
(C) Special meetings or short sessions of the Board of County Commissioners shall be called pursuant to the applicable state law.
