§ 31.01 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
   (A)   The three-member Board of County Commissioners duly elected pursuant to applicable state law shall be the County Executive, and shall transact the business of the county.
   (B)   The term of office for each Commissioner is four years, beginning January 1 following the election, and continuing until a successor is elected and qualified.
