For any goods and services that are provided to the county, there must be a contract setting forth the terms and conditions for providing such goods and services.
(A) Upon being presented such a contract for the purchase of goods and services, the Board of County Commissioners shall review such a contract before its consideration.
(B) If the Board of County Commissioners approve of such a contract, the contract shall be presented to the Board of County Commissioners at a public meeting and voted upon.
(C) Such contract shall be approved by majority of the Board of County Commissioners.
(D) This policy is intended to comply with I.C. 36-1-21-4 et seq.
