(A) (1) All election precincts within the county and the corporate limits of the City of Logansport shall hereafter be designated and described as set forth in the Board of County Commissioners Record Book Number 41, page 291, at the January 29, 1990 meeting of the Board of County Commissioners where an ordinance was adopted “Changing the Precincts,” which is incorporated herein by reference.
(2) Ord. 95-03 which established precincts in the City of Logansport resulting from annexation is incorporated by reference and available for public inspection in the County Auditor’s office, during regular business hours.

(B) (1) The County Clerk is authorized to assess an administrative fee associated with all voter list requests. Fees shall be assessed as follows:
(a) Complete county and city list on digital media: $50;
(b) Complete county and city paper list: $0.20 per page;
(c) Per-precinct list on digital media: $15; and
(d) Per-precinct paper list: $0.20 per page.
(2) Fees associated with the requests shall be paid in advance of any document preparation.
(3) Any fees collected pursuant to this section shall be deposited directly into the voter Registration Fund.
