(A) The Administrator is hereby designated to be responsible for administration, interpretation, and enforcement of this chapter, except as specified in § 153.118.
(B) The Administrator is authorized to do all things and to take all action necessary and prudent, under the circumstances, to enforce the provisions hereof.
(1) The Administrator is designated as the official authorized to give secondary approval to subdivisions.
(2) It shall be the duty of the Administrator to periodically research the County Auditor’s records and perform other necessary investigation to detect any violations of these regulations.
